I have a 2950-T-24 (with 2 Gb ports), Version 12.1(19)EA1c IOS, Running Enhanced Image. (cisco WS-C2950T-24 (RC32300) processor (revision P0) with 20808K bytes of memory) 8mb Flash [7741440 bytes total (1749504 bytes free)]. From all that I read it should be able to run crypto, and thus generate an rsa key for SSH.
