Sep 25, 2017 · I encountered the same issue of CBLAS/LAPack not being found, on Fedora 25 for SExtractor-2.19.5 even though ATLAS and all development packages were installed. I found this solution on a Mac forum which requires editing the ./configure script (very similar to Nicola's solution):

Jan 03, 2016 · According to the log below, it seems like it's related to blas/lapack. However, even if I install the latest blas/lapack, it doesn't help either. I tried finding someone who has or had the same problem, but I couldn't find yet.
