Mar 31, 2008 · Well, you are right. They absolutely can and will take money from his disability check to pay his support. But since this is an actual real disability, when they figure up what he has to pay per month, they will use his ACTUAL amount that he gets for disability, even if it is below state min. standard, or below what he would get with a min. wage job.
