Aug 04, 2009 · If you were deemed to have an underlying entitlement to Help with housing you would be award a 10p rate of IS, the only way they can pay hosuing if your not entitled to IS is to actually ward you the 10p rate of IS. The mortgage money would go st right to your mortage provider. I would call JCP and check the underlying entitlemnt, use that phrase
