Apr 29, 2016 · Im in a similar position where im claiming ESA (PIP claim pending), and my partner is claiming ESA and PIP. At the moment we live seperate. Id hate the idea of living together as ESA would have to be joint. Itd mean she would have her own seperate income, and id be reliant on the joint income. Id rather be single.
