Feb 19, 2016 · The whole thing has me curious, so money kept in a regular bank account can be garnished but money on a prepaid card can't. He's been sued several times over medical bills, child support and unpaid credit cards. He never leaves any money on his card, on payday he goes to the ATM checks the balance then takes it all out.
