Hi folks, I'd like to use bugzilla as an ticket system, so support requests get fed into bugzilla and tracked there. My plan is to write an mailbot, which: a) automatically creates new users for new people b) adds new subjects (not already assigned to some ticket) as an bug and put the bug id into the subject.
