I have had V04 errors on the following on demand programs. Red dwarf - S1 E3 Father Ted - S1 E1 Royal Family -S1 E1, Just plays 28 mins of black screen. Called BT Vision Tech support and was told to restart my VBox for the 7th time. Anyone else had this problem seems only to be on the frist episode all other episodes play fine???

What has BT done with this new Vision upgrade. It's appalling, Whist watching a programme, the box cuts out only for about a second, but really annoying. The remote is so slow. Complete rubbish. Please reinstate the old system.
