Jan 26, 2017 · roobekb Created on December 3, 2010 My 120 Zune has the message "5" "contact Support". It won't shut off or turn on--just runs the battery down and shuts down. Zune 120 was working great and it shut down and came back up with the message "5" "contact support".

Aug 16, 2008 · i have the exact same problem with my 30gb (which i actually sold and am trying to fix for a friend)it charges and goes to the logo screen with no loading bar at the bottom it then blinks to the contact support screen 5 message. do you think its my ribbon cord? should i send the zune in to be fixed or just order the parts and fix it myself?(willing and able!..at the buyers expense of course) :?

Mar 21, 2010 · I recently dropped my 30GB Zune and now the screen says "Contact Support 5". I tried plugging it into the PC but my Zune is undetected.
