Just read the posts started after this one (from 31/08/07 until now) and see how many existing and new BT Vision customers are moaning about BT's lack of Customer Service and Technical Support ! I think that I shall now rest the case for the "prosecution" as there is far more than enough evidence to "convict".

Hi, I joined this forum to find out about BT Vision for business customers. My situation is that I was with BT business then I moved to BT Total broadband in order to get BT Vision, I soon became disappointed with the quality of service from BT total broadband and returned to BT business only to discover that BT vision is not supported.

Mar 02, 2019 · Given that BT TV is a service carried on YouView boxes, and that BT have effectively forked themselves off from YouView in terms of the services they carry, BT TV, BT Sport, and others, and that issues with these services are in no way under YouView’s control but they are under BT’s control, it has always made sense for BT, and not YouView, to support these services.

I tried a dummy run of ordering BT vision , 1st page was offering BT vision box & card , 2nd page only offered Youview box after inputing postcode.Maybe you could talk to someone at BT, others on this forum have had issue`s with BT sending incorrect box for their needs , ie youview instead of bt vision, seems all they want is do issue youview ...
