I upgraded from BT infinity 2 last week from BT infinity 1. For the past week, I have seen nothing but trouble from the upgrade. My connection keeps dropping everyone hour or so then comes back after a few minutes. I am using the same BT hub 5 Router as before becuase BT refused to give me a the Smart Hub unless i pay £50 for it.
