These are great for extra arch support in tennis shoes. I just slide them under the provided insole which makes it more comfortable than placing them on top of the insole. I wear a narrow in Birkenstock shoes, but I need a regular width in the arch support insole.5/5

Great arch support and easy to deal with. I've used these for years and love them. I wear them both on top of the regular sport shoe insole and on top if the insole isn't easily removable. I have plantar fascia and have kept it under control for a number of years now by using these and some other Birkenstock supports.5/5

I ordered the blue casual birkenstock arch support in both narrow and medium width as my foot borders on a narrow fit shoe. Tried one narrow in one boot and medium in the other boot and have worn the boots without a problem with either width. I will trade out the medium width and wear the narrow width as it fits my boot width wise much better.4/4

By reading numerous reviews I decided that the Berk. Blue arch support was worth a try. Initially I felt that the longitudinal arch support was helpful in straightening out the foot but that the metatarsal bump was too high and felt like a lump under my forefoot.5/5
