Nov 22, 2019 · It has bidirectional support enabled, but its greyed out and I cant un-tick it. It is disabled on the queue on the server so I removed the printer uninstalled the driver and added the printer again but upon checking the properties the tick is still there. I added the printer on my laptop and bidirectional support is turned off.

Nov 29, 2010 · Now I am getting the same flag saying bidirectional support disabled. How do you enable it? This is not a Windows 7 problem. This is a Kodak problem. Microsoft does not provide support for Kodak hardware. Read your User Manual for instructions or contact Kodak Technical Support!
