Tried with onboard sound and an Asus Xonar D2X Have tried the 603 and the 0008beta bios I have tried the Asus Xonar Card in every slot other than the first PCIE slot where my video card is. I have even reinstalled both windows 8.1 and windows 7 and its identical on both. any help would be awesome!

There is a lot of echo that I cannot turn off and the software says it is turned off. To be honest the sound is poo and sounds disgusting.
