Yep it most certainly does support multi-RAID setups. Go into your BIOS and enable the ASMedia Ports ASM1061 under the Onboard Devices Configuration and you will also need to install the latest ASMedia drivers, so you'll have to get them from the Asus website :) He's assuming you plugged them into the RED Asmedia SATA III ports.

(and in event viewer u take that raid port reset issued). If u install the asmedia driver and i tried all of them from 2014 if u play a video from the hard drive attached to asm1061 and try to open a utility like hdtune or hwinfo64 the system will hard freeze. This problem is well known in hwinfo forum.
