Aug 19, 2017 · This iso works fine. Don't believe the below reviews, this DVD is meant for Macintosh systems and cannot be read from a system running Windows, it doesn't work for them due to the installer's file system being HFS+, a file system that Windows cannot understand.

Apr 10, 2010 · there is no archive and install in snow leopard. there is just one install which is close to the old archive and install. it reinstalls SL over the current system and only archives a few things that the system thinks are incompatible. it's better and more reliable than the old archive and install.

May 14, 2019 · I have an older 2010 macbook pro that came with 10.6.3, meaning the old retail 10.6 would not work on it (would cause a kernel panic). I used the image with TransMac to create a bootable flash drive and was able to install Snow Leopard on the laptop. Thank you! I did not test the bootcamp iso or any other parts of the archive.
