Norton Antivirus then works fine with no virus reported. Also get the message "This application has failed to start because MAPI32.dll was not found. Oct 18, 2006 · go to "start" ---> "control panel" ----> "add or remove software" then find it in there and uninstall (sometimes using just the install feature in the start menu doesnt work all the way) after that just do the "search" for the norton antivirus folder and make sure its all deleted
