A Notice of Child Support Delinquency is a warning from the Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Division (DOR/CSE) that if you do not pay past due child support they will use their legal powers to collect it. The Notice tells you the amount of child support you owe. It demands that you pay that amount within 30 days.
