See other Asus AM3+ boards, I believe all or nearly all of them support ECC UDIMM's. In fact, lots of AM3+ boards work fine with ECC memory, but many of them do not actually list it as a supported feature.

Oct 24, 2012 · The AMD platform seems to be the better choice, given energy costs where I live and performance overall -- so I was wondering which MSI AM3 boards support ECC memory? I'll also consider AM3+, possibly, but right now AM3 seems to be where the sweet spot is, performance-wise.

Yes, I just ordered some ECC/unbuffered (ECC/UDIMM) for my Proliant Microserver. I decided to test them in my GigaByte 970A-UD3 motherboard and they worked. They were still manually configured for my old 1600MHz desktop RAM, but I could see an ECC [enabled] option in dram configuration.
