Jul 21, 2015 · I had the same problem. Very annoying! There are 3 Microsoft services which must be running or the Agilent service can't be started. I can't recall the names of these, but perhaps an Agilent IO Lib expert will chime in here. Otherwise, call their tech support and they'll tell you which services must be allowed to run.
