ANE recompiling just worked for me fine. Just make sure your XCode project is building $(ARCHS_STANDARD) and not just $(ARCHS_STANDARD_32_BIT) (ie, you are building for arm7 and arm64) (If doing iOS Simulator support add x86_64 to your existing i386 support). Universally recompiled ANEs should then just work fine with the 64-bit AIR 16 SDK.
