So I go into activesync put the correct credentials in and I the following happens: Synchronizing... Synchronized: None. So I click view status: Result: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server. Support Code: 0x85010014. I have found numerous articles regarding this problem so I will now list what I have tried so far:

Nov 02, 2009 · I have an Exchange 2007/2010 coexistence. Everything is working fine except ActiveSync with an Exchange 2010 Mailbox. Both OWAs are working, as is Outlook and ActiveSync works with 2007 Mailboxes. When I try to sync with a 2010 Mailbox I just get: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server.
