My wife has not heard of this company at all. 2 small amounts were deducted in December and now a further 2 this month via her credit card. We were told by our bank that there are 2 options to deal with this - 1) cancel the credit card 2)inform the bank to flag the company to prevent further deductions. The possibillity of a a refund is basically zero.
