    Aug 07, 2007 · I can't sync my pocket pc with outlook. If I connect my pocket pc to laptop (over USB) I can browse pocket pc from laptop without any problem but every trying to outlook sync is a failure (code 85010014). I use Win XP SP2, Outlook 2007 and Activesync 4.5. Of course I tried to switch off firewall and virusscan and scripting is enabled.

    I'm using 4.5. Thanks for the link. I did go to that site already and did everyting they said. It seems to be geared for people running an earlier version of active sync and keeps suggesting to install 4.5 which I already have. I did run the troubleshooter from active sync 4.5 on my computer and emailed microsoft the log results from it.
