Nov 18, 2008 · Yes - In Options all the security Warning are unticked - I have also tried many other suggestions such as - about:config settings /security.warn settings / created a new profile etc. etc. - nothing works. It seems very strange to me that Firefox provides no way to turn off this Security Warning - such as a 'do not show this again' option.

Apr 17, 2008 · It took me about thirty seconds to apply the Firefox security update, after which I was brought right back to the Security Fix blog. Kudos to Mozilla for making security updates so easy to install. I wish the other major application makers (Adobe, Sun, etc.) could do the same.
