If you have Windows 2K servers, the last thing I would be upgrading to is Windows 2003 - apart from the fact you can't buy it from anywhere. I would be inclined to get off the Windows 2000 server if they are getting flaky, but no way would I recommend 2003 as the path to take.

For more information, please see the service pack policy here . The *product* in this case is Windows Server 2003 so yes, even with SP2 applied, support ends 7/14/2015

The Lifecycle site’s FAQ has more information and details on support options if you are not able to complete your migration prior to the end of support dates.
