For example I need to create and delete some email accounts and advised 123-reg of this on the 16/1/2020 and 8 days ago I have been unable to create them! I requested 123-reg clean up the mailboxes (as I cannot!) on the 21/1/2020 and have called into support daily to do so. Each time they have given the impression its being done now.

I have been using 123 reg on and off for a couple of years - for hosting initially but now only for domain registering as their service is so poor. To encapsulate - I raised a basic support ticket at 2pm this afternoon.At 22.27 the support ticket was 'answered' by someone who clearly had not bothered to read properly or understand the basic issue.
