Dec 13, 2012 · Hi all, I am starting to upgrade my EBS from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 then to 12.1.3 on AIX 6.1 Operating System in Test instance. Any advise steps and recommendations. I've check the Doc: Oracle EBS Upgrade Guide Release 11i to 12.1.1 and I am facing below issue : 1) Do we must to upgrade the DB to 11g as the Oracle desupport issue or want to reduce downtime?

11.5.10 is already on its way out. Oracle was planning to desupport it this year but luckily they extended the full support till next year. (I am sure come next year, they will extend the free support for another year but after that you will have to pay extended support fees.) Sandeep Gandhi.
