Nov 05, 2013 · Outside of the technical aspect, Zenith Support is IMHO worthless, all farmed out to india, so language barriers are common, and the reponse time quite frankly is much to be desired for a BDR style appliance. The one positive about it, is that most of the time you can rent a Zenith BDR, and then pay a .59 / GB charge for off-site data storage.

Jun 27, 2017 · Zenith Infotech agents were not completely uninstalled. One cause, that should be checked, is if ShadowProtect was installed or upgraded in the Zenith or Saazod Folders. If ShadowProtect was installed or upgraded in that folder, then the installation is damaged. Begin by uninstalling ShadowProtect from the Zenith folder.
