Nov 23, 2016 · I am also having this issue with "No GPS Signal" on maps on my Nokia Icon currently running Windows Insider build 10.0.14926.1000. I just updated to this build this week. This issue started a month or 2 ago. Everything else on the phone seems to be fine. I have performed a soft reset numerous times and it hasn't helped.
