I wonder if the first one might cause the malfunction of Help and Support. Unfortunately the System Volume Information folder is protected and cannot be accessed no matter how many uncheck choices I make in the folder settings. 2011-4-23 · After upgrading from Windows XP home to Pro I am getting different problems with applications. Out of those I have the problem of inability to access Help and Support either through Start or internal to some other windows.
