If I insert the SD card while the Xoom is powered on, I get a different problem. I am able to get to the storage setting, and there is an option to mount the card. However, pressing on that option doesn't cause anything to happen.

Apr 29, 2011 · I feel that I am missing something but I placed an SD card in my Xoom today and it does't recognize it. I placed it in when the Xoom was off and when I turned it on and went to the "storage" section of the settings menu, it only shows the internal storage.
