I am however no BIOS geru and if you are not aware yourself, XFX have a habbit of not making the best of products where motherboards were concerned so much so, that they stopped producing them. Oct 07, 2013 · So it accepts ivy bridge, plus other reviews on newegg has some people using IB cpu's. I was simply wary of putting an i5 3570 in it, but it has the same power envelope and architecture as the cpu's supported on biostar, as any other site i've checked shows support for it.

Jun 08, 2019 · The reason is why, because it's possible to flash it over EVGA nForce 790i Ultra SLI models (because it's nVidia refernece with supposed better RAM support than the EVGA BIOS versions. I already ran 2x 8 GB DDR3-1866 on it, but after video card change (from 560 Ti to 980 Ti) 16 GB won't boot up anymore (BIOS boot loop), only 8 GB working.
