May 10, 2012 · The only option to install PCLinuxOS is to use the Other install media template which will create an HVM mode VM. The XenServer Tools for Linux do not function in HVM mode, only PV mode. I took a look at PCLinuxOS and several of the kernels they provide, but none are configured with Xen guest support enabled and therefore won't run in PV mode.
