Mar 02, 2007 · The weird thing is that even though my MTU fails on both my xbox and my son's xbox, we can both still play on xbox live against other people. When I called xbox tech support, they pointed the finger at my ISP which is Windstream. When I called Windstream, they pointed the finger at xbox. Now...my MTU never failed b4.

So please access to the router setting on your PC & set it within the range 1364 – 1492 or call your ISP or router manufacturer to assist you doing so if you do not know how to access to your router settings.

Apr 21, 2008 · the xbox live server is down for maintenance i asked xbox support and they told me that it's under maintenance that's probably why it doesn't connect but if you tried connecting tmrw and you still have mtu failure you probably should call support
