Nov 22, 2011 · You can format them to FAT32, you'll just be limited to files of ~4GB or smaller. The 360 does not support NTFS. Did this solve your problem?

The 360 doesn't support NTFS USB drives. It'll appear as "Unformatted" if you check it in the Storage settings. ( Do not format it with the 360, unless you want to wipe the drive.)
