Nov 03, 2019 · Meow, what software uses Visual Studio 2008 which is so old it may mean the software itself if no longer compatible. Each version Update causes more older programs to stop working. What I'd do is uninstall the program and VCC++ 2008 to try the Version Update run from it's downloaded media which is the best way.
