Your WRT610N cannot do this, at least not with Linksys firmware. You might be able to find third party firmware, such as dd-wrt or tomato, that might convert your WRT610N into a repeater. Note that using third party firmware will void your Linksys warranty.

Oct 16, 2009 · Both routers must support WDS. I would recommend to ask further questions regarding dd-wrt in the dd-wrt forum, in particular regarding the support of the WRT610N. Generally, dd-wrt is well tested if you don't use the latest test/beta releases. You should have no problem going back to Linksys firmware afterwards.
