Thank you for your quick response. Let me see if I understand you correctly. There is no way to assign a consistent IP to a specific computer via a WRT54G; you must set it up on the computer itself. Some of the newer Linksys N routers support "DHCP reservation" where you can tell the router to reserve an IP for a particular computer.
