Yes, I would like for Linksys to release new firmware for our WRT350N router that would support IPv6. We want to enable both IPv4 and IPv6 and start to become familiar with this. IPv4 addresses will exhaust in about 2 years so we need to have retroactively for all devices NOW so we can begin to get ready. Thanks.

Our new network will be running native IPv6. The administrator tells me to throw my wrt320n away and get a gigabitswitch. Is he right? Is that the only thing Í can do? Doesn't the latest firmware for the wrt320n support IPv6?

By product design, WRT160N v3 does not support IPv6. Who knows Cisco might be releasing firmwares that supports IPv6 in the future. But if your contented with the features of firmware that you have then stick with it.
