Nov 12, 2010 · I thought I would share my solution for streaming legacy MJPEG network cameras through Wowza. I used ffmpeg and ffserver to transcode a MJPEG stream from a Canon VC-C50i to H.264. I did this on OS-X, but this should work on any *nix machine. This solution was adapted from here. This is the proof of concept version of a production solution.
