Custom Headers are supported in WordPress 3.4 and above. If you’d like your theme to support WordPress installations that are older than 3.4, you can use the following code instead of add_theme_support( ‘custom-header’);

Dear support team, I have a problem with my image header size on the home page when I shift to mobile view. I was able to make it responsive by inserting a short code (where the image is resized and not cropped) but there is a grey area below the image header when you view it through mobile.
