    The media support is unbelievable. I was so shocked to see that the phone played WMV and MKV files! It's great to know that it supports FLAC as well! Not sure I'll ever use it (or WMA, for that matter), but it's good to have. Even the desktop version of iTunes doesn't support FLAC :P
