May 06, 2011 · This is true. The printer drivers that are installed for WinFax are kernel (Type 2) drivers, and 32 bit only. This prevents the installation of these drivers on any version of Windows 7 / Vista. Sep 12, 2003 · Oh, I see what you are saying now (cue lightbulb). yes, in our implementation we installed the fax program on the server. The user would create a doc in Word and then "print" it to the fax driver and the program would open.

May 07, 2012 · Purchased a new computer (Intel Quad Core i7) running Windows XP Professional 32 bit. Old computer is running Windows XP Home. I have the old WinFax Pro cd and when I place it in the new computer, the splash screen comes up with the different options and I select install.
