May 15, 2008 · My system should have full opengl support, I've got the proprietary nvidia beta 173 drivers installed with compiz running smoothly. I've also played two directX games in wine previously with no graphical issues, maybe a bit of choppiness. Am I missing more libraries still? That was an issue with the last compile I did. Thanks for any info/advice.

Oct 21, 2010 · But on startup it draws its own console using DirectX so i assume it does need OpenGL drivers as John said. Now the thing I have to do is checking my OpenGL version and if it is too low, update the OpenGL stuff to use it with wine. Now what you could tell me is (1) Where to check my OpenGL version and (2) How to update my OpenGL drivers.
