Mar 05, 2010 · Best Answer: WinDVD does this when the monitor device used, it doesn't like. I'm having trouble trying to explain but, when I set my computer to dual monitor view WinDVD will give me the same message and not let me play it. When I set it back to single monitor view, it works fine. There is not anyway around it.
