(Reply Addendum to my 1st msg) I just wanted to add that over the last few hours I have successfully "slipstreamed" SP3 into my previous SP2 Startup Disk and am now testing on "Windows XP Home Edition Ver 2002 SP3 v3264" and all is going well EXCEPT that previous visits to Microsoft Update informed me about updating IE6 to IE7 and Media Player 9 to 10 to 11.
