Jan 15, 2006 · Theres a folder on the HD called Boot. Inside of that is a folder called EFI. Inside of that is all the Windows XP boot files encoded to boot on a EFI based machine. Someone try a SP2 Pro disc on their Mac and lemme know what happens! EDIT : Added a picture to show that I'm not crazy.

Aug 12, 2018 · The IA64 XP edition does support EFI out of interest. Apparently only the IA64 edition, x86 and x86-64 versions of XP never supported nor shipped with files for efi boot. Itanium is incompatible with x86. Media Center 2005 (which is 32-bit only) does actually have EFI support.

Jul 16, 2017 · hello everyone ! I am going to install UEFI windows 10 on my 500GB disk and also want to install a windows xp sp3 on my 80GB disk . I know that xp doesn't support GPT & UEFI so i keep that 80GB MBR and fortunately my motherboard has dual boot BIOS so i don't need to change from UEFI to BIOS everytime i run win xp .
