I contacted Total Training and they asked me to un- and then re-install Windows Media Player, which I obviously can't or can I? They also suggested to have Service Pack 2 running which I do. So, they don't know what else to do and they are suggesting that it is a Vista problem, which wouldn't surprise me at all. My question is - how to fix this?
