Jul 25, 2009 · Cannot add a network printer in windows vista. When trying to add a networked printer that is connected directly to a pc running xp on my hp laptop running vista I get "the server for such printer does not have the correct printer driver installed" Any help is appreciated

I have deleted the printer, deleted all ports associated with the printer, and followed the same installation route described in my last post, and now it fails to print a test page.
